The Fishman designs personalized talks and workshops, combining 30 years of journey in leadership and culture with experiential activities and disruptive content — at your company, at your event, in a heated pool or on the beach. Since 2005, he has drawn on Anthroposophy archetypes, human biography and powerful metaphors from the sea, with exercises that spark an immediate shift in perception, for 50, 500 or more people.

30 years of sea and boardroom
A facilitator since age 17 at AIESEC-UFRJ. 20 years of leadership and culture consulting for organizations of all sizes and sectors, alongside ADIGO, Instituto EcoSocial and EMERGE. Created the Método Peixe de Aquacidade — the Fish Method of Aquacidade — in 2005, and IMUA in 2012. C-level mentor at Top2You since 2017.
Working for human development and living organizational cultures, with a focus on mental health, conscious leadership and purpose-driven work.
Later a water polo and bodysurf athlete, with 20 seasons of international training in Hawaii and Indonesia.
